Signing ceremony for basic agreement
     of cooperation and collaboration

  On March 14th, 2007, at Gofuku Campus, University of Toyama has signed a basic agreement with the National Institute for Fusion Science (NIFS) for cooperation and collaboration.
 Hydrogen Isotope Research Center (HRC), University of Toyama has been promoting collaboration research with NIFS for the development of basic science of hydrogen isotopes and their safe handling techniques.
 In addiotion, the Graduate School of Science and Engineering, University of Toyama has invited teachers from NIFS as associate instructors and made effort to enrich the education program.
 We hope that this agreement will contribute to the advancement of academic field and scientific tecnology to realize nuclear fusion energy.
