Signing ceremony for basic agreement of cooperation and collaboration

 On April 23rd, 2007, at director's room of Institute of Laser Engineering (ILE)- Osaka University, Hydrogen Isotope Research Center (HRC) - University of Toyama has signed a basic agreement with ILE for their cooperatation and collaboration.
