Apparatus for irradiation of various ions

The ion irradiation device of hydrogen isotopes and rare gas such as He, Ne and Ar is provided to study the irradiation effects on tritium retention in materials. Ion energy can be changed in a rage from 0.5 to 3.0 keV.
