Apparatus for glow discharge of hydrogen isotopes

To get information about interactions between hydrogen isotope and the surface of a material by exposure to plasmas of hydrogen isotopes and rare gases, a glow discharge system is provided, which is installed a sample heating device and a mass spectrometer to analyze gases desorbed from a sample.
