| About Research | I developed new dry particle surface modification methods with coworkers. These methods apply plasma techniques (sputtering, plasma chemical vapor deposition, and plasma treatment), allowing the design of the particle surfaces. As a result, our original plasma-surface modification methods can improve the performances of various functional particles. Using these surface modification methods, I have now promoted the researches on the preparation of high active catalysts (hydrogeneration catalysts, electrocatalyts, etc.) and high performance electric devices, cosmetics, photoactive materials, and others. |
